Peter combines a wealth of techniques to restore alignment and function and to help you understand your body.
Peter has studied the human body for over 30 years. His knowledge of body systems, combined with his study of yoga, meditation, chakra healing and wellness can help you prevent and recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and live healthier and happier.
Peter uses a variety of techniques including Muscle Energy, Strain/Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, as well as therapeutic and restorative yoga, to get to the root of the problem. Read more about these here:

I just celebrated my 96th birthday and was overwhelmed by cards, calls, emails, gifts, flowers and more. These days I wake up with no back pain since I now sleep without a pillow. Can one see a cause and effect there? I do your exercises 3 times a day and can even do a Warrior’s Pose without clutching the wall. Not a great one, but a 95 year old Warrior - I.B.

What diagnoses to you work with?
I work primarily with orthopedic and sports medicine (back and neck pain, migraines and chronic headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, rotator cuff injuries), performing artists (yoga, dance, musicians), arthritis, as well as people who want to be able to keep going as they (we!) get a little older, slower and wiser.
Do I need a referral?
In Massachusetts , patients do not need a referral for physical therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
I no longer do direct billing to any insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company or HSA/flex spending account. Please note: not all insurance companies will reimburse for the techniques I employ. Reimbursement rates are set by your insurance company and do not necessarily fully reimburse you for services rendered.
