Look in a mirror and notice the height of your shoulders and the position of the neck and head. Place a small pebble in one shoe and walk around for a few minutes. Then look again. Are the shoulders and head held differently? Changing the posturing or length of one leg will translate in to multiple adaptations in your body- your pelvis will rotate, the spine will curve, and the head will tend to side bend to allow your eyes to be level, which is the way we best interpret the information coming through our visual system. This adaptation could result in pain in the sacrum, low back, mid-back, neck or even be the cause of chronic headaches!
Little changes can have dramatic effects on our bodies, nervous systems and health. My goal is to identify the areas in the body that are affecting your health, address those areas and see how that is reflected through the body.
